In the framework of the project, it is envisaged the construction of the complex for sorting biodegradable (organic) part of municipal solid waste (MSW) as well as the construction of Thermal Power Plant (TPP) with the capacity of 6 MW with the following sale through feed-in tariff in Cherkasy city. Feedstock for TPP: organic part of MSW. Sorting complex capacity is about 100 000 ton per year that include 65000 ton of organic waste and 30 (35)000 ton of recyclable materials. The organic part of MSW will be burned in a steam boiler, produced by “Hurst Boiler & Welding Co. Inc.” (USA). Obtained steam is sent to a steam turbine to generate electricity.
Technical indicators: capacity 6000 kW/hr, annual operation time 8400 hours, annual electricity generation 50400000 kW, annual electricity sales at feed-in tariff 47040000 kW, annual sales of ash as fertilizer 3877 ton. Annual greenhouse gas emission reductions of about 45000000 m3. It is developed the own WSW sorting technology
The project is foreseen the construction of the Biomass Power Plant with a total capacity of 7.4 MW (1st stage) at 10 ha land plot in the town of Gorodnya, Chernihiv region for the further electricity sell at the feed-in tariff. If necessary, it is possible to build another two stages each of 7.4 MW. The main fuel is wood chips. The project is ready for implementation
The project aims at the production of heat energy using alternative fuels. The goal of the project is to replace natural gas as the main resource for heat energy. State City Enterprise “Ivano-Frankivsk-Teplokomunenergo” installed 2 boilers on biofuel with a total capacity of 3.4 MW at a boiler-house on 11 Yunosti street, Ivano-Frankivsk, to replace natural gas. Wood, wood chips and sawdust are used as fuel.

The project is envisaged the construction of the 16 MW boiler station working on biomass for producing heat energy for all customers (householders and entities) in Teplodar town (population 10150 inhabitants) in Odesa region, Ukraine, on 0,4 ha land plot. Annual heat production -29000 Gcal. Annual fuel consumption - 7000 tons. Distance to the main heat grid is 100 m. Fuel: sunflower pellets; other kinds of biomass. The readiness of the project is 15% (project development, project design, expertise, fencing of the territory, construction of water supply line, earthworks, production of equipment)
Цей спільний Українсько-білоруський проект впроваджено в сфері виробництва теплоти для опалення та гарячого водопостачання м. Славутич з метою часткового заміщення природного газу та зменшення собівартості тепла для споживачів. Проект дозволив місту економити на паливі 10 млн. грн. на рік, використовуючи замість природного газу біомасу - суміш торфу і деревної тріски. Реалізувала проект у м. Славутич українська компанія «Зелена енергія Т»
The boiler house provides thermal energy and hot water to 50 residential buildings (13,000 inhabitants); 6 kindergartens; 6 schools. Raw materials: wood chips, pellets. Project cost: UAH 8.4 million. Commissioning: February 2017
