Project description The Project foresees heating networks reconstruction and their location optimization. The project scope includes: reconstruction of outdated on-ground and underground pipelines with the total length of 36,7 km in two-pipe measurement: shift from four-pipes to two-pipes heat supply system including DHW pipelines elimination; pipelines are foreseen to be laid mainly underground non-channeled, partially in crawlway assembled armed concrete channels (while approaching buildings’ foundations) and in solid-cast armed concrete channels (on the territories of kindergartens, schools and hospitals). Heating network partially is laid on-ground – towards the existing direction. For underground heating pipelines laying pre-insulated pipes are used (according to DSTU Б В.2.5-31:2007). For underground DHW pipelines laying flexible pre-insulated pipes (PEX-a) are used (according to DSTU Б В.2.5-31:2007). Pre-insulated pipes will be equipped with emergency warning system, status data could be read via SCADA system. The Project also foresees the application of chamber-free installation of pre-insulated shut-off armature, where it’s possible. Thermal chamber, no more used, are to be rehabilitated. The rehabilitation will improve the quality and sustainability of heat supply services, delivered to the consumers. The Project embraces: 38 thousands of consumers; 17 educational facilities; 13 kindergartens; 9 medical facilities; 5 social facilities; 51 other consumers
